once I have confirmed that your screening info checks out, I require a 30% non-refundable deposit* that will go towards the total cost of your appointment.

cancellation policy: if you cancel before 12 hrs ahead of the scheduled appointment time, your deposit will go towards your rescheduled appointment. if the cancellation is made within 12 hrs of the scheduled booking, I do require that you submit another deposit if you wish to reschedule.
